Another good article here about the oxygen levels and how low ones will sabotage any effort to use bacteria to "eat" the oil--since our little friends the oil-eating bacteria need oxygen to live, too. Seems the only ones who don't are BIG OIL execs. Even the bacteria of the world hate them.
